After being out of town on vacation, I came back to check on my listings. One is vacant. Something I regularly do is take care of my listed properties as if they were my own. This is where I discovered the property had been broken into. Since the home was vacant, nothing was taken. I was grateful. The criminals had entered by removing a piece of glass from an exterior door. Since we run a sale ready services business, the property was put back into shape within two hours of the discovery and the property remains sale ready.
As a side note on security. If you list your property with Skyline Realty, every access to the property is logged electronically and each access delivers me a text, including the real estate agent who showed it. We keep close watch on your investments.
This is just another example of how what we do is not only different but expedient. We do things differently, seeking to earn our fees.
